After extensive training in cleft and craniofacial reconstruction at home and abroad, Dr. Griner brought his skills and expertise home to Utah and founded the Cleft and Craniofacial Institute of Utah and the Utah Smiles Foundation. He sought out like-minded physicians and specialists with dedicated training in pediatrics and cleft and craniofacial care.
